Return Window Periods
You have a return and refund window period:
Within 15 days after you receive the package. From the moment the logistics information shows “Delivered”, if you are indeed dissatisfied and the product has not been used, you can contact us for a return within 15 days. Return Eligibility
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and undamaged. The return request must be made within the specified return window period.
- If you notice any quality issues with the product or if you receive the wrong item when you first open the package, please take photos as evidence, contact us right away, and send us the photos. discuss the return or exchange process. Please pay attention to the email address you provided when making your purchase.
Return Shipping Fee
In the situation 1 above, you need to cover the return shipping cost of $20, which will be deducted from your refund.
In the situation 2 above, If it’s a product quality issue or if you received the wrong item due to our mistake, you won’t need to cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue the refund within 3 business days, the refund may take some time to appear in your account.
